Alberta Utility Billing (AUB) is looking for a customer service representative.
From our Calgary-based call centre, we serve our clients’ customers. You will be part of that team, answering questions, signing up new sites and helping to manage existing business over the phone and by email.
The Call Centre
Our call centre is open:
- 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. weekdays
- 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturdays
Teamwork
- You will be here full time and may work some evenings and Saturdays.
- When the phones are quiet and the inbox is empty, you will lend a hand with data entry and payment processing.
About You
You know the utility industry and have at least three years' experience in a utility call centre. You have experience with Excel, File Explorer and Notepad.
- You're friendly and helpful and can build trust with clients and customers.
- You foster good working relationships with clients and AUB employees.
- You are careful and ensure accuracy.
- You writing is clear and grammatically correct.
- You have a proven ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
